General

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. If for any reason, we are OUT OF STOCK for your ordered product, we will replace it with another manufacturer's comparable product with same specifications and same price unless you mention otherwise in the comments Section of your Order. FLC has no liability in case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information regarding product specifications listed; therefore FLC is not responsible for any errors contained therein. Similarly every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of product pictures, but FLC is not responsible for any errors contained therein.

Shipping Terms

For your protection, if your "SHIP TO" address is not the same as the "BILL TO" address of your credit card, please do the following:

  1. Call your credit card company and leave the complete shipping address as your secondary address in the credit card company's records.

  2. Failure to follow step 1 mentioned above, FLC will not be able to process your order and is not responsible for any delays. Otherwise all the orders will be shipped to the Billing address of the Credit card. Again the billing address has to match with your Credit Card Issuing Bank. Remember UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

The shipping charges are for "UPS Ground Only" within 48 States. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska should call us before placing orders for shipping & handling charges. Next Day, Second Day and Three Day orders are given priority and can be shipped same day if we receive order before 11am PST. Please call us for next day, 2nd day and 3-day delivery's shipping handling charges. All UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 24-48 working hours. The shipping charges on our web site are only for "UPS Ground Service" within 48 US States. Customer in Hawaii and Alaska should call us for shipping/handling charges. Any orders placed for Hawaii or Alaska using UPS ground shipping method will be cancelled. Shipping charges can be viewed before final commit to the order and is based on the UPS shipping charge, FLC handling charge (order processing, shipping material, packing labor and shipping insurance). This calculated Shipping charge would be added to your total bill. FLC cannot ship products to any APO/FPO/PO Box addresses. Unless otherwise noted, delivery of special order items shipped for repair will be make F.O.B. FLC to be paid by the buyer. FLC shall not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to provide insurance when shipping items to FLC.

FLC Returns/ Replacement/ Warranty Policy

  • 15-day replacement on all unopened retail products unless otherwise stated.
  • 15-day replacement only on all OEM CPU from the purchase date.
  • For all Memory products, no refund will be issued, exchange only unless approved by Fast Lane Computers Representative.
  • No refunds on any Special orders/Custom Build Computer Systems or Any *Software (*Opened/Unopened).
  • For all other products, please contact manufacturer for return or exchange after 15 days.
  • Due to manufacturer's policies, FLC cannot accept refunds or returns on All Retail Boxed Processors or laptops. Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer directly.
  • All hard drive and CDRW products are internal OEM bare drives only, unless stated as retail box. No returns on the Hard Drives if the anti-static wrap on hard drive is opened.
  • All software warranties regarding compatibility with other hardware or software products, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or the ability of a product to meet the customers' needs, are granted solely by the publisher or manufacturer of the products. No returns or refunds will be issued on software products (Opened/Unopened).
  • All complete systems are sold without the operating system unless stated otherwise.
  • No refunds will be issued after 15-day from the delivery date.
  • All DOA (Dead on Arrival) products must be reported no later than 3 business days from the delivery date. All returns on DOA will be UPS Ground only, regardless of how the orders were originally shipped.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refundable non-defective items. Also a minimum fee of $10 will be charged on each returned item for the initial shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be in good working order with all the original packing included. Labor costs, programming and other service related costs and special order items are non refundable.
  • Shipping charges and Deposits are also non refundable. All returns must be complete and in the original packing materials with all manuals and software diskettes included. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted.
  • Please call or fill out the form on our RMA page for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and ship fully insured with freight charges prepaid by the buyer. Returns without RMA # or without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted. We recommend customers to call directly to the manufacturer for tech support or RMA services. The defective item will be replaced ONLY with the same item, no replacements. If the customer requires a different Brand as a replacement, 15% restocking fee will be charged regardless. The turn around time for most of the RMA products are somewhere between 3 to 4 weeks.
  • All products come with one year Limited Warranty until unless mentioned otherwise for a particular item. All Monitors have only direct manufacturers warranty. Refurbished products have only 90 days Warranty.
  • Monitors have Manufacturer Warranty only.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE SHIPMENT, you will be required to "Cancel" your order via email. A 3% Paypal processing fee will be charged to your credit card. If your order had already been Shipped to the buyer, before your "Cancellation email", you would be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. An applicable 15% restocking fee along with shipping charges will be charged to your account.

Payment Methods

FLC currently prefers Paypal. Please email us at sales@fastlanecpu.com, if you would like to make a purchase using a different method. Cashier's checks, money orders, company checks and personal checks are also acceptable as means of payment though contact with Fast Lane Computers needs to be made first. For cashier's check and money order payments, FLC will release orders immediately on receipt of the payment document. For company and personal check payments, orders will be shipped only after funds are released from your financial institution to FLC. This could take up to 7 business days after our receipt of your payment document. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and FLC cannot reserve product or guarantee continued availability. All invoices are due and payable when received. An interest rate of 2% will be added to any past due account/invoice. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. Any returned check not paid within 30 days, or any stopped check is subjected to charges equivalent to three times the amount of the check plus collection fees. Any unpaid financial charges will void any warranties.
